As a data processor, CleverStaff LLC collects and processes Information, which may contain personal data entered by Individuals (Clients) into the System and or by Client’s authorized users who enter personal or employment related data about EEA employees or candidates into the Service.
Email Account Information
We can store the information necessary to connect to your inbox. This is necessary if you enable email integration. If integration is enabled, automatic processing of incoming letters and CV from the attached files of incoming letters will occur. You will also have the option of sending and receiving letters to candidates directly from the CleverStaff interface. You have the option to disable integration at any time. Information obtained as a result of processing incoming letters is stored in encrypted form and is available only to the user. We do not store any information about your mailbox after you turn off the integration function.

A cookie is a small piece of data sent from a website and stored on your computer by the web browser while the user is browsing. Cookies are the reliable mechanism for websites to remember information or to record your browsing activity (including clicking particular buttons, logging in, or recording which pages were visited in the past). How we store your data
All of our services run in the cloud. All customer data is securely stored in Europe on our cloud servers that are hosted in our trusted providers across different countries. The direct server location is determined by the company residence region. All the data is complexly encrypted in transit using 128 bit encryption or greater. Our API and application endpoints are TLS/SSL only and score an "A" rating on SSL Labs' tests. CleverStaff is run completely 100% over https.

Our Websites include Social Media Features, such as the Facebook Like button and Widgets, such as the Share This button or interactive mini-programs that run on our sites. Should you have the intention to remove your personal data, update it or you do not want to receive any information about product or services, please log into the System, proceed to your User Profile and customize your preferences or delete your account (all your data including personal will be deleted irrevocably and completely from our database in 7 days). After the blocking of your account due to non-payment of CleverStaff services, it will be deleted irrevocably and completely from our database in 2 months if you do not delete your account by yourself.

Children’s privacy
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 and we do not want it. We will take steps to delete it if we learn we have collected it.
